Field Service Agents possess a local expertise with regards to airport formalities, ground transportation, hotels and entertainment as well as maintain important contact information for medical personal and facilities along with legal assistance. In addition each Field Service Agent can liaise with a Trip Support Specialist or Supervisor to provide assistance to aircraft operators in the areas of aircraft maintenance and supply/availability of basic aviation materials, lubricants and other consumables.

Each of EARCO'S Field Service Agents are familiar with local Customs and Immigration regulations and requirements and stand ready to assist with any routine, advance request for assistance or clarification. Field Service Agents are also trained to intervene and assist with any irregularities that may arise during routine processing of passengers or crew.

Each Field Service Agent must be familiar with the formalities and procedures required to established VIP accredited and access to official VIP facilities and channels should the need arise.
