Our catering team brings to the industry a wealth of knowledge and international experience. Our director of food and beverage takes lead in providing guidance and structural development of our catering program thereby establishing a noteworthy service at many ports throughout the Bahamas.

Our services include VIP in-flight catering, Local Island and International cuisine.

• Breads: International Breads, Rolls: including bagels and wraped local "homemade" island style breads

• Fruits & Vegetables: Fresh and choicest Fruits and Vegetables are shipped in twice a week
• Waters: Evian, Perrier, Pelligrano, Fiji, Southern Pure, Aqua Pure
• Dishes: American, European and Asian
  Note: When preparing international cuisine sufficient notice - 24 hrs need be given.
• Magazines: Limited publications are available on the Island locations.
• Newspapers: Miami Herald, USA there are limited publications available on the Island
