General Accounting:
General accounting includes financial and tax reporting, financial analysis & budgeting/allocations & internal budgeting concerns. |

Trade Accounts:
Trade accounts receivable/cash receipts from customers paying for services or merchandise received or anticipated from EARCO. |

Trade Accounts (Payable):
Trade accounts payable processes trade obligations to vendors that arise from the acquisition of merchandise, materials, supplies and services - including Government bonding and securities requirements used in the sale of services or operations through EARCO.

| Applied Services or Revenue Billing is divided into three billing areas |

- Fuel Billing - is responsible for fuel uplifts arranged through EARCO fuels.
- Third Party Services - is responsible for billing services provided by agencies that are not a part of Network Bahamas.
- Contract Billing is responsible for those clients with whom credit has been extended
